The Reporting and Automation Lead for Financial Shared Services (FSS) plays a pivotal role in Winland Foods continuous improvement initiatives. This role is responsible for managing all automation and continuous improvement projects for Winland FSS and other Finance groups as needed. This position will help to establish, deliver and monitor financial metrics, Robotic Process Automation (RPA) initiatives and all other software efficiency projects/processes including Power BI dashboards, reporting and other SAP reporting as requested. This position will partner across OTC, P2P and RTR cross-functional teams to establish the most effective and efficient outcomes for the business. This position reports to the Sr. Manager, Order to Cash.

Roles & Responsibilities:

Primary lead for automation and continuous improvement initiativesPrimary lead for all Power BI interfaces, scorecards, dashboards and reportingPoint of contact for all RPA as a service partner inquires and deliverables and break/fix itemsMaintains agreement documentation, including set up and revisionsIdentifies and leads process improvement initiatives and additional reporting opportunitiesSAP Reporting Subject Matter Expert for OTC, P2P, RTRSharePoint Lead for OTC, P2P, RTRDoes external research and learning to drive adoption internally where ROI can be demonstrated for automation projects and efficiency gains.Travel to company manufacturing facilities or offices business meetings may be required.

Qualifications & Experience:
