Adecco is seeking an experienced **Financial Reporting Consultant** to join our client’s team in Charlotte, NC. This role offers competitive compensation ( **$73.94/hour** ) over a 2-4 month contract period. **Hybrid Work Schedule:** Monday - Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM; 4 days in office, 1 day remote **Top reasons to work with Adecco:** + Weekly Pay + Upskilling opportunities through the Adecco Aspire Academy + Dedicated onboarding specialist to guide you from offer to start **Qualifications:** + Previous experience in financial reporting. + Proven track record in SEC reporting. + Certified Public Accountant (CPA) designation. **Responsibilities:** + Prepare and analyze monthly financial statements prior to and during the closing process. + Conduct flux analysis for month-end variances in the balance sheet and income statement. + Document end-user computing tools and update procedures. + Prepare and tie-out sections of SEC Filings (8-K, 10-Q, 10-K). **Pay Details:** $73.94 per hour Benefit offerings available for our associates include medical, dental, vision, life insurance, short-term disability, additional voluntary benefits, EAP program, commuter benefits and a 401K plan.
