Description
This person is expected to help alleviate the time intensive involvement we’ve experienced to ensure critical steps continue to take place to meet the target timeline and try to minimize negative client experience.
1.\tAssist CRM Senior Manager/Director in keeping track of WSIB requirements as project progresses, including but not limited to:
a.\tfinancial reporting
b.\tperformance reporting
c.\ttax/LEM requirements
d.\tother management reporting, etc.
2.\tCoordinate with project PM on client requirements, attend internal meetings with various stakeholders as deemed fit by PM to communicate client requirements and work with internal teams to progress on solutions
3.\tPrepare CRM snr mgr/director for client meetings, and attend client meetings alongside snr manager/director to represent CRM
4.\tField questions between client and internal teams on the project, work with PM to ensure progress
5.\tDocument any agreements/changes in services model (as applicable)
6.\tKeep CRM snr manager/director updated on progress, outstanding roadblocks, queries internally/externally related to project. Escalate high-impact issues to snr mgr/director on a timely manner

Excellent verbal and written communication skills to effectively interact with WSIB and stakeholders.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to anticipate and address issues proactively.
High level of accuracy and attention to detail to ensure data integrity and compliance.
NICE TO HAVES:
Relevant certifications such as CPA/PMP are a plus.
Project Management: Proven experience in managing complex projects, preferably within the financial sector is an asset
