JOB SUMMARY: The Financial Reporting Manager for TransformCo oversees corporate-level journal entries for monthly and annual financial closes, prepares and reviews account reconciliations, and provides detailed financial analyses to support senior management's decision-making. This role includes coordinating audit support, enhancing processes within Corporate Accounting, and supporting special projects to drive operational excellence. Strong communication skills and a solid grasp of GAAP are essential for effective collaboration with both internal teams and external auditors.
