WE ARE LOOKING FOR .....

This position is responsible for ensuring the timely delivery of relevant, accurate and quality financial reporting/ data with quality analysis to address the requirements of various stakeholders for both AIA-PH and BPI-AIA

Supports the monthly and quarterly FS close activities, coordinating with various key offices (e.g. Actuarial, Treasury, GAO, Corp Sol, etc.), as necessary and prepares IFRS schedules/templates and BS reconciliation schedules as assigned. ▪Prepares Financial Statements and disclosures with quality analysis including timely resolution of key issues raised by auditors and reviewers ensuring completion requirements within the required timeline by Regulators and/or internal ManagementSupports in the preparation of Annual Statements, Statistical Reports, Financial Reporting Framework and Risk Based capital reports and Other Financial Corporations survey including analysis to be submitted to Insurance Commission and Bangko Sentral ng Pilipinas and other stakeholdersEnsures appropriate internal controls over AIA-Philippines Group’s Audit and Annual Statement’s reporting processes and evaluate significant accounting issues and implement Statutory Reporting policy setting based on guidelines set by RegulatorsSupports Strategic Planning and Budgeting processes and activities including preparation of various budget reports with quality analysis of trend and variancesSupport daily and/or monthly reconciliation including preparation of monthly trial balance from customer administration system that flows to General Ledger/reporting system and liaison with IT experts in defining processes and controls over the processSupport various finance system maintenance such as master data (i.e. GL account, customer profile, bank keys, etc) creation and deletion, access recertifications, etcPerforms other responsibilities and duties periodically assigned by supervisor to meet operational and/ or other requirements
