Summary:

The Financial & Resource Management Analyst will play a critical role in analyzing and reporting on financial performance, supporting budgeting and forecasting processes, and collaborating across the restaurants business unit to ensure accurate financial data and insights. The role includes monitoring financial metrics, identifying trends, and providing recommendations to drive strategic decision-making. Additionally, this position will oversee essential resource management tasks and assist with administrative duties to streamline operations.

Key Responsibilities:

Analyze financial data, prepare detailed reports, and provide strategic insightsTrack financial metrics, assist with budgeting, and support month-end and year-end closingsConduct variance analysis and ensure data accuracyPerform resource allocation and manage resource status updates, including location, count, and costOversee attrition tracking, reporting, and confirmation processesConduct temp time classification audits to maintain accurate recordsComplete Anaplan Open reconciliations to ensure accurate reportingOversee project costing updates and track labor spendingCoordinate contractor reconciliations and handle budget operationalization tasks, including Tempo account creation

Basic Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field.3+ years' experience as a Financial or Business AnalystStrong proficiency in financial modeling and financial software (e.g., Excel, SAP, Oracle).Experience in resource management and admin functions related to budget tracking resource allocation, and reportingExcellent analytical and problem-solving skills and strong attention to detailAbility to communicate complex financial information clearly and concisely.Strong organizational and time management skills.Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Preferred Qualifications:

Familiarity with project management tools and resource allocation systemsStrong aptitude for data reconciliation and audit tracking
