Financial Risk Analyst
The Capital Markets Accounting Operations group (CMAO) in the Controllers Division of Corporate Finance is responsible for the settlement, clearing, custody, accounting and regulatory reporting for securities within the available-for-sale and held-to-maturity investment portfolios, as well as the companies funding products (debt). CMAO is responsible for the maintenance, control and data integrity of the related accounting systems of record. This consultant role is on the Change Management team within the CMAO Systems Team. This team is responsible for executing projects to improve the effectiveness of the finance systems used within CMAO. Projects include legacy platform replacements, new product development, and technology upgrades. This is more of a business analyst/accounting/financial analyst role than just a system/application development position. Accounting and/or Finance background or experience is preferred, in addition to traditional Change Management experience. Additional Skills & Qualifications + 2 years Accounting, Bank Office, Middle Office, Project Management of similar where they know how securities are accounted for in a + system. + 1 year securities experience + Large company experience preferably in financial services + Software testing or implementation experience or knowledge of larger software system Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $40.00 - $46.00/hr.
