The Headlines:

In the role of Financial Risk Manager based in Milwaukee, Wisconsin, you are a highly visible member of  the Financial Risk Management team. The team is responsible for measuring, estimating, and recommending strategies for managing our basket of market risk related to manufacturing our legendary brands. This role is responsible for evolving existing tools and processes to continuously improve financial results related to risk management activities and to ensure compliance with our risk management policy.

 

The position reports to the Director of Financial Risk Management & Pensions and will work closely with cross functional teams and top-tier bank counterparties.

 

The Responsibilities:

 

Partner with teams across the globe to manage the process for identifying and forecasting financial market risks Evolve existing tools and practices to help optimize the company’s market opportunity set Develop, recommend, and execute derivative strategies to increase the likelihood of achieving business goals related to our financial results in line with the organization’s overall risk tolerance Ensure financial risk management activities comply with corporate controls and policies and with external regulations Report results and expectations in presentations to the Financial Risk Management Committee as well as other senior leadership including the board of directors Support global business units with market intelligence, financial analysis and partnering to identify new exposures as our business evolves into a beverage business.

 

The Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree with emphasis in finance or related field; MBA with an emphasis in finance, economics or analytics is a plus; CFA or progress towards becoming a CFA charterholder is a plus 5 or more years of progressive experience in a finance or research related function Strong practical knowledge of capital markets and investment management practice Advanced skills related to Bloomberg, Microsoft Excel, and PowerPoint is strongly preferred You have an innate curiosity to learn and evolve every day, a very strong attention to detail, communicate effectively, and have a sense of urgency in resolving issues You serve as a visible change agent and a transformational leader You demonstrate effective interpersonal and collaboration skills in working with business partners who have a range of personalities, experiences, and job levels, and you can influence without formal authority
