Financial Services Account Manager (f/m/d) DACH
Job Description SummaryAs a DACH Financial Services Account Manager (FSAM) you will manage the collaboration between GE HealthCare (GEHC) Imaging and Healthcare Financial Services (HFS) DACH. The FSAM's defined area of responsibility is the DACH region (Germany, Austria and Switzerland).

In your role, you will be primarily responsible to drive HFS Business in close collaboration with the GEHC Imaging equipment sales teams. You will be supporting the commercial teams and lead HFS’s overall strategic engagement with these GEHC business including Installed Base plays (both HFS installed base, and broader Cash installed base (IB)), support of New Product Introductions (NPIs), and the development & execution of other programmatic offerings provided by HFS & GEHC DACH.

This role can be homebased in the Southern part of Germany, Austria or Switzerland in a homebased location close to the other 2 countries' borders.

Essential Responsibilities:

You lead with financing as part of a solution sales approach and ensure that the Program Partner’s Commercial team are proactively promoting financing to their end-customers and understand the benefit of the offerYou will drive professional development, mentoring and coaching of local account teams – internally & externallyYou will build up strong relationships with the Program Partner’s Commercial Team and Management team and demonstrate the value add of financing in their sale approachYou will partner with European Relationship Management Team and cross-functional teams in the development and implementation of specific account strategies, including development & management of a Strategic Vendor Account PlanYou effectively communicate strategies and progress to key stakeholders both internally and externallyYou balance resourcing to identify and grow market penetrationYou drive Large Value Deal where needed in partnership with broader HFS team and drive product and process innovations and challenge conventional wisdom to achieve thisYou deliver on business profitability and growth objectives and grow finance penetration rates within assigned Program in line with Account PlanYou ensure day to day running of the program between the Program Partner and HFS liaising with internal teams like Operations, Legal and RiskYou monitor Healthcare market in your area of responsibility, anticipate & identify new market moves. Identify and acquire new strategic partners for HFS

In all that you do you will comply with the requirements of governance, risk management, corporate and regulatory standards.

Your profileYou bring a professional or Bachelors degree in Banking, Finance, Business Administration or a similar educationYou have gained proven experience in a sales role for leasing or financing products in the B2B context, ideally in the captive businessYou have strong relationship management and networking skills and the ability to develop net new businessYou bring clear thinking and are able to articulate business strategiesYou have a strong level of communication, negotiation and presentation skills in German and EnglishYou have very solid time management and organization skill and a strong co-operation approachYou are performance and result driven with a strong can-do attitude
