Job Description

The Role
As a Financial Services Administrator, you will play a vital role in supporting the advisory team by ensuring clients receive a seamless and efficient service. You'll be based on-site, working flexibly across two locations: Belfast and Ballymena. The Ballymena site will only require one day per week.

Key Responsibilities

Prepare Suitability Reports for new businessDraft pre- and post-review client reportsProcess new business applications (paper & digital)Follow up on outstanding Letters/Transfers of AuthorityLiaise with providers for plan information and dataPlace new policies/plans on riskEnsure strict adherence to compliance, data protection and internal proceduresSupport with regulatory and industry testing requirementsProvide general administrative support to advisers and team membersOrganise client meeting documentation and maintain client records

Essential Criteria

Minimum of 2 year's experience working in an administrative role within an Independent Financial Adviser (IFA) environmentSolid understanding of pensions and investmentsHigh proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)Strong attention to detail, organisational and analytical skillsKnowledge of data protection regulationsClear and professional communication - written and verbalAbility to follow processes and take initiative when needed

Desirable:

Experience using Xplan (or similar CRM/platform)
