The Role
As a Financial Services Administrator, you will play a vital role in supporting the advisory team by ensuring clients receive a seamless and efficient service. You'll be based on-site, working flexibly across two locations: Belfast and Ballymena. The Ballymena site will only require one day per week.
Key Responsibilities
Essential Criteria
Minimum of 2 year's experience working in an administrative role within an Independent Financial Adviser (IFA) environmentSolid understanding of pensions and investmentsHigh proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)Strong attention to detail, organisational and analytical skillsKnowledge of data protection regulationsClear and professional communication - written and verbalAbility to follow processes and take initiative when neededDesirable:
Experience using Xplan (or similar CRM/platform)
