This role requires a highly organized individual with strong attention to detail to coordinate various training activities, ensuring seamless execution and participant satisfaction. The successful candidate will contribute to the overall success of the training function by providing administrative support and contributing to process improvement initiatives. **Qualifications** Excellent communication and presentation skills, both verbal and written. Proficiency in virtual training platforms and tools. Strong organizational and time management skills. Attention to detail and accuracy. Full-time availability from Monday to Friday. Proficiancy in Microsoft Office Grade 12 **Additional information** Key Responsibilities: Operational Excellence: Execute a wide range of training-related tasks in alignment with company policies,procedures, and client requirements across the Vodacom financial services account. Stakeholder Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders, including Vodacom employees and potential hires. Performance Delivery: Contribute to the achievement of overall business objectives by delivering exceptional results against key performance indicators. Process Improvement: Identify opportunities to enhance training processes and operations, driving efficiency and effectiveness. Duties include but are not limited to: Daily event creation Training event management Staff database management & approvals Populating & updating training calendars Venue bookings & management Sourcing venues Managing the venue database Assisting with distrbution of warehouse items through order requests Procssing Venue Payments Following up on documents & payments Log Book validation & checking Liaising with the Master Data team to ensure relevant Media files are uploaded. Using the client Channel brief to extract information for baskets and loading these directly onto the system using the provided tools. Scorecard & Survey/Questionnaire Management: By liaising with Master Data team for corrections/changes as required. Any issues or -out of process- concerns to be immediately escalated to Line Manager. Assisting with SKU Baskets and POS Basket uploads Call diary uploads Compliance & coverage checks Desired Skills: Understanding of adult learning principles. Proficiency in learning management systems (LMS). Ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders. Strong problem-solving and analytical skills. Demonstrated ability to think critically, problem-solve, and adapt to challenging situations while maintaining professionalism and objectivity.
