ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
· Responsible for Anti Money Laundering compliance and company Policies and Procedures.
· Responsible for covering schedules for emergencies and vacation schedules of all district associates.
· Adaptable to fast pace environment and conditions.
· Responsible to assist in training of technology upgrades and new product services.
· Train and mentor new associates.
· Ability to multi-task, set priorities and manage time effectively.
· Promote all financial services and advise accurate information to the customer regarding the different financial services we offer with the main objective of increasing sales.
· Assist Customers with highest level of customer service, transactions, and all the other business needs.
· Accountable for the store and individual goals.
· Utilize multiple software platforms to process financial transactions accurately.
· Responsible for cash in custody ranging from $10k - $60k under custody always.
· Responsible for compliance with policies and procedures manual of cash handling, check cashing, money transfers, cash cards, bill payments and money orders.
· Advise Supervisor of any event that might require his/her intervention.
· Responsible for compliance with Bank Secrecy Act and Anti Money Laundering and privacy act regulations.
· Responsible for cash vault balancing in custody and daily reconciling.
· Responsible for the check and cash deposits to the bank.
· Identify issues and problem solve to find a solution based on the customer needs.
· Participate in any internal or external audit.
· Receive and deposit cash to armored service.
· Maintain confidentiality with customer data
· Perform other work-related duties as assigned.
POSITION REQUIREMENTS AND CONDITIONS:
· Excellent Customer Service skills
· Ability to build and maintain positive relationships with customers and associates internally and externally.
· Ability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and Holidays, based on company need.
· Knowledgeable of computer skills including Microsoft Office.
· Ability to understand, company manuals, forms, policies and procedures and other related documents. Bilingual preferred.
Education/Experience/Skills
· High School Diploma required

· Required to travel to our retail stores regularly daily.
· The work environment is that typical of a retail store. The noise level in the work environment is open concept with multiple conversations occurring.
