Financial Services Inside Sales Manager
Become part of the excitement. As a Graybar Financial Services Inside Sales Manager, you will direct all sales and customer service activities related to the Graybar Financial Services Inside Sales team in order to achieve departmental goals and satisfy customers. In this role you will: + Supervise all Graybar Financial Services Inside Sales personnel + Ensure that the department is adequately staffed and trained in order to maintain acceptable service levels and achieve goals + Conduct performance appraisals and manage performance through coaching, counseling, goal setting and providing feedback + Prepare candidates for possible promotion + Assist the Manager - Graybar Financial Services in recruiting and onboarding activities; perform final interviews on prospective employees and conduct new hire orientations + Provide input to Manager - Graybar Financial Services regarding sales territory goals and fee income budgets; make recommendations regarding sales strategy, business and marketing plans + Develop and implement promotions and incentives What you bring to the table: + Minimum 5 years experience, 10 years experience preferred + 4 year degree preferred + Knowledge of financial concepts and analysis tools + Knowledge of leasing concepts, practices, and techniques + Excellent communication and leadership skills + Ability to work with all levels of employees and management, both internally and externally + Ability to effectively train and instruct in both group settings and one on one + Ability to effectively present company services and quality standards to customers + Ability to handle customer complaints and mediate customer disputes + Extensive travel required. **Work Shift and Hours:** Monday - Friday, standard business hours, hybrid schedule **Compensation Details:** The expected base salary for this position is starting at $70,000 annually depending on experience.
