We are seeking a seasoned sales leader in North America to drive new commercial growth for our financial services solutions, particularly in the realms of customer and employee experience.

Create scalable systems of accountability and forecasting that exceed quotas over time.\nCoach and Mentor: Provide guidance in sales strategy, pipeline management, and career development to help your direct reports excel in both customer and employee experience sales.\nRecruit and Retain Talent: Attract and nurture a talented team of sales professionals skilled in the nuances of financial services sales related to customer and employee experience.\nFacilitate Complex Sales: Train your team on navigating complex financial services sales processes, including stakeholder engagement and contract negotiations related to holistic experience management.\nBuild Relationships with Financial Services Leaders: Develop professional relationships with existing clients and prospects within financial services organizations, engaging at all levels, focusing on both customer and employee experience improvements.\nUnderstand Qualtrics Financial Services Solutions: Maintain in-depth knowledge of Qualtrics' financial services offerings, particularly in areas relating to both customer and employee experience and artificial intelligence within the financial sector.\nCompetitive Landscape Awareness: Keep abreast of the competitive landscape to assist in crafting proposals that resonate with financial services clients focused on enhancing customer and employee experiences.\nCollaborate Across Departments: Develop positive relationships with other internal areas at Qualtrics, such as Professional Services and Implementation, to ensure a cohesive and collaborative approach to customer engagement.\n\nWhat We’re Looking For On Your Resume\n\nExperience: A minimum of 15+ years in financial services sales or software subscription sales, with commercial leadership responsibilities at the second level or higher.\nFinancial Services Proficiency: Strong proficiency in financial technologies and solutions related to both customer and employee experience.\nProven Leadership Excellence: Demonstrated experience in leading high performance large-scale, diverse, and global sales functions within the financial services industry.\nEducational Background: Bachelor's or advanced degree in business, finance, or a related field.\nDynamic Environment Comfort: Comfortable working in a fast-paced, unstructured, and highly competitive environment.\nExceptional Communication Skills: Strong communication, presentation, and storytelling abilities, with a talent for building relationships.\nLocation: This position is based in NYC.\n\nWhat You Should Know About This Team\n\nMotivated Individuals: We work with a team of highly motivated and ambitious individuals. For full-time positions, this pay range is for base per year; however, base pay offered may vary depending on location, job-related knowledge, education, skills, and experience. A sign-on bonus and restricted stock units may be included in an employment offer, in addition to a range of medical, financial, and other benefits, based on eligibility criteria.
