Job Description:

 

Responsible for providing technical support for all the applications/web sites.

This includes production issues, handling business as usual tasks, enhancements, infrastructure checkout and any weekend support if required.

Candidate needs to have good problem solving skills and be able to effectively troubleshoot the technical issues for resolution.
