Principal Responsibilities

Adhere to all regulatory requirements and Collection Operations policies and proceduresPursue delinquency and charge-off accounts by making telephone calls, understand customer’s situation, negotiate and arrangement suitable treatment for those customer who are facing financial problemsHandle outbound and inbound collection calls Handle customer’s feedback and complaints in relation to collection action and 3rd party collection agencies (DCA)Handle DCA case assignment, payment and relation operationsTo handle monitoring the DCA action which is follow the bank guideline and comply the industry regulatoryDetermine or initiate appropriate actions to ensure the efficient and effective progression of a specific collections process flow in order to deliver professional service to our customersTo handle loss recovery process and write off process and prepare the related statistics
