Description We are seeking an adaptable, fast-learning, and process-focused Contract Recruiter to support two recruiting teams during a defined contract period. This individual will begin supporting one team handling Financial Advisor roles and will transition mid-contract to focus on Office detail oriented roles. Both team assignments will center on candidate screening, sourcing, and delivering a strong pipeline of talent while ensuring an excellent candidate experience. The successful candidate must be a flexible team player, highly skilled in reviewing resumes, conducting initial phone screenings using pre-determined interview guides, and quickly pivoting to shifting priorities. Experience in full-cycle recruiting and proactive sourcing strategies is necessary. Supporting Financial Advisors (FA Team): Recruit for Financial Advisor roles, which include base salary plus commission opportunities. Source candidates proactively, targeting unlicensed and licensed professionals. Work with hiring managers weekly to align recruiting strategies and hiring goals. Focus on candidate-side activities such as sourcing, screening, and resume review before expanding into full-cycle recruiting (intake meetings, offer, onboarding). Support roles across the Virtual Advice Build-Out, including Financial Advisors, Trainers, and Managers. Supporting Office Professionals (OP Team): Recruit entry-level administrative staff for advisor offices. Manage full-cycle recruiting for advisors who opt for full-service recruitment support, including intake meetings, recruiting strategy, sourcing, pre-screens, and managing offers/onboarding. Balance two recruiting service offerings for advisors: post-only services and full-cycle recruitment (60% full-service, 40% post-only). Communicate frequently with hiring leaders to provide updates and align recruitment needs. Handle varying applicant flows nationwide, with increased sourcing efforts in locations requiring more candidate outreach. Requirements Qualifications Experience: 7+ years of experience in sourcing, talent acquisition, or full-cycle recruiting. Strong background in high-volume recruitment environments. Proven expertise in screening resumes and conducting structured phone interviews. Skills: Adaptability to quickly pivot between sourcing for different roles and industries. Strong communication and organizational skills. Ability to work in a process-driven manner with attention to detail. Familiarity with LinkedIn sourcing strategies and applicant tracking systems (ATS). Proficiency in analyzing candidate skills and experience to match requirements. Preferred: Experience recruiting in Financial Services and/or Administrative Support roles. Knowledge of hiring processes for licensed and unlicensed candidates.
