Financial Services Specialist
**Position Summary:** **The Financial Service Specialist (FSS)** is a client facing role as part of the wider **Payment Support Services Team (PSST)** . The role will support the client with in-flight payment queries, as well as assisting general payment/set up queries. This position works directly with our Payment Partner for the Celergo Payment Support Services Offer. The FSS role is customer service driven and requires strong communication and interpersonal skills, as well as good payment/financial services experience. **Responsibilities include:** + Be interface between our Client and Payment Partner/s related to in-flight payment queries + Own end to end payment query resolution for the client + Attend client calls where appropriate + Manage payment exceptions in a timely manner. + Reconcile Payment Partner fee invoices for billing and accounting teams + Provide accurate review and reconciliation of FX rebate of Payment Partner activity for accounting team + Support Implementation and Sales teams with PSS related queries + Support Management with Payment Partner Service Reviews + Familiarity with PSS related compliance/controls. **The ideal candidate will have the following characteristics:** + Excellent interpersonal skills + Client focused + Exceptional organizational skills which include an ability to multitask. + Process oriented. + Proficiency in MS Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook. + Knowledge of payments, FX and global payment processing. + 2 - 5 years work experience minimum. **A little about ADP:** We are a comprehensive global provider of cloud-based human capital management (HCM) solutions that unite HR, payroll, talent, time, tax and benefits administration and a leader in business outsourcing services, analytics, and compliance expertise.
