Financial Specialist (4622)

Bennett Aerospace, Inc., a subsidiary of Three Saints Bay, LLC, and a Federal Government Contractor industry leader, is seeking a Financial Specialist to join our Team in Austin, Texas.

 

Position Responsibilities:

 Processes financial documents and transactions from designated Districts using the Unified Financial Management System (UFMS).

Reviews accounting practices to ensure compliance with other Federal laws and regulations (e.g., Single Audit Act), generally accepted Government accounting practices, and relevant Office Management and Budget circulars.

 Identifies corrective actions for improper or illegal expenditures and accounting funds.

Reviews and analyzes annual financial statements to ensure compliance with laws, regulations, program policies, and procedures.

Demonstrates proficiency in spreadsheet and word processing software and general knowledge of financial statements.

 

Position Requirements:

Minimum of two years of professional experience in Business Administration, Banking, Finance, or Accounting, hands-on experience in processing and managing invoices, and a solid understanding of accounting practices.

Four-year undergraduate degree in Business Administration, Finance, or Accounting

Superior attention to detail

 Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite with superior Excel skills (V-look up, Pivot Tables, etc.)

Excellent interpersonal skills

 

Security Requirements:

Clearance Level Required: Public Trust to Top Secret

Applicants selected will be subject to a Government background investigation and must meet eligibility and suitability requirements. Must be a US Citizen with the ability to obtain a US Government security clearance. Successful Pass of Bennett Aerospace Background Investigation, Drug Screening and Credit Check.
