The Financial Specialist assumes a leadership role within their area of specialty and will interact with all levels of management.

Duties/Responsibilities:

Eco Forecast and quarterly 18 month rolling forecastLead/Project Manage entire processDocument processRecommend process improvementsKey contributor all the way from assumption gathering, leading meetings with stakeholders, assisting with technical issues, final presentation deck and narratives Proformas for major Enterprise projects Finance DecksFinancial Review meetingFinance CommitteeBoard RetreatsRating Agencies OtherFTE ManagementMargin InitiativesBenchmarkingDeep analytics - hospital level detail

Skills/Attributes needed:

Strong work ethicAnalytical abilityStrong Excel Healthcare experience a major plusCreativityProblem solvingTeam playerComfort around upper management

Minimum Qualifications:

Required - 8 years - Accounting; Required - 8 years - Financial Analysis; Or - 6 years - Relevant experience with Masters

 Preferred:

 CPA (Accounting)
