This position will provide agency-wide support and will work in our Boise office. Typical Duties: + Develop, reconcile, and report data and information to program management; + Utilize current information technology to analyze, research, and maintain financial data, develop financial documents, utilize system reporting, and resolve issues; + Independently perform specialized financial record keeping, maintenance, review, verification and support functions; + Develop the distribution percentage or amount for the various allocations (semi-annual process); + Prepare and make complex journal entries, allocate costs across several projects, assist in or independently research and analyze underlying data for errors and correct as needed; + Audit financial transactions to follow internal policies while ensuring compliance with external rules and regulations; + Data entry of accounts payable and receivable; + Expense and revenue reconciliations; + Assist staff with questions related to invoices, receipts, financial reports and other transactions; + Calculate and submit payment for annual sales tax; + Perform other duties as assigned. Minimum Qualifications: Good knowledge of accounting principles and practices.
