Tri Pointe Homes is looking for an experienced, enthusiastic individual to join our talented group as a Financial System Administrator. Position Summary: Responsible for overseeing the OneStream financial planning application, including system administration, user management, support, and data integration, to ensure efficient financial reporting and analysis. This position will also collaborate with our ERP (E1) Business Analysts and help support home office financial reporting. Responsibilities: System Administration - Oversee the overall health and performance of the OneStream application, including installation, configuration, maintenance, and troubleshooting. User Management - Manage user access, roles, and security within OneStream, ensuring data integrity and compliance with internal controls. Application Support - Provide timely and effective support to end-users, addressing issues, resolving problems, and assisting with training and adoption Upgrades and Enhancements - Plan, coordinate, and execute upgrades and enhancements, staying current with the latest software releases and best practices. Data Integration - Manage the integration of data from various source systems into OneStream, ensuring data accuracy, completeness, and timeliness. Workflow Management - Design, implement, and maintain efficient workflows within OneStream, automating processes and improving data accuracy. This function includes collaboration with our ERP system, E1. Reporting - Develop and maintain reports, dashboards, and analytics within OneStream to support decision-making and performance monitoring. Support financial special projects and reporting as needed Skills: Strong understanding of OneStream architecture, components, and functionalities Advanced Excel skills and experience with data analysis tools for reporting and building models Demonstrated proficiency in ERP systems, particularly JD Edwards EnterpriseOne (E1), including configuration, troubleshooting, and user support Ability to analyze complex issues, troubleshoot problems, and develop effective solutions Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams to achieve organizational goals Understanding of financial processes and accounting principles is a plus Qualifications: Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting or Information Technology preferred 2 or more years of OneStream application experience, 4 or more preferred Accounting/Finance experience preferred Homebuilding experience a plus Physical Requirements: Minimal travel (under 10%) Sedentary for extended periods (4 or more hours per day) Repetitive motion (typing) Visual acuity (computer work) Compensation & Benefits: Base Salary: The expected Base Salary range for $38.65 to $56.25 per hour, equivalent to $80,100-117,500 per year, depending on experience and skillset. Base Salary is paid bi-weekly, every other Friday. Bonus: This position is eligible for an annual performance-based cash bonus. Bonuses are earned, calculated and paid in accordance with the terms and conditions of the Company’s applicable incentive plan document.
