The role:
As a Financial Systems Analyst, you will leverage your experience with Corporate Performance Management (CPM) tools and financial reporting systems to support key data analytics and reporting projects. You will collaborate with finance teams to ensure seamless integration of financial systems like Tagetik, Anaplan, Hyperion, and others, optimizing financial reporting and planning processes.

Key responsibilities

Financial System Administration:

Administer and maintain CPM tools (Tagetik, Anaplan, Hyperion, etc.), handling ETL, logic mapping, and cost center/account setup.Provide user support and troubleshoot issues to ensure system reliability and performance.Manage system updates, user access, roles, and permissions to safeguard data integrity.

Financial Process Support:

Configure and manage financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting modules.Develop financial models, reports, and dashboards, integrating P&L, balance sheets, and cash flow data.Collaborate with finance teams to support accurate and efficient financial reporting.

Process Optimization & Opportunity Identification:

Analyze financial and operational data to identify process improvements and optimizations.Gather business requirements and translate them into system enhancements and workflow improvements.Conduct system validation, testing, and ensure implementation of optimal solutions.

Project Management:

Support system-related projects such as upgrades, integrations, and implementations.Manage project timelines, deliverables, and stakeholder communication to ensure successful outcomes.

Data Analytics:

Leverage data mining and analytics skills to extract insights from financial data.Utilize SQL, Python, and other data tools for reporting, data transformation, and decision-making.

Stakeholder Management:

Build and maintain effective relationships with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth financial operations and clear communication.

Key skills and experience required:

Experience: 3-5 years working with CPM tools (Tagetik, Anaplan, Hyperion, Workday Adaptive Planning, etc.).Technical Skills: Proficiency in SQL, Python, advanced Excel, and reporting tools (QlikSense, Radar).Financial Knowledge: Strong understanding of financial reporting, data management, and systems implementation.Analytical Skills: Proven ability to analyze data and optimize financial processes.Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills for collaborating with diverse teams.

Travel requirements:

Minimal travel, up to 1-2 weeks per year (if required).

Physical Demands

Minimum 2 days of on-site work per week (Pune-Kalyani Nagar).
