We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Financial Systems Analyst to join our growing Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A) team. This entry-level position will focus on providing key financial systems support and analysis, while also offering an exciting opportunity to grow within the FP&A function. You will work closely with the Senior Manager of FP&A and collaborate with members of the broader FP&A organization, assisting with system management, data integrity, and strategic initiatives. As a key contributor, you'll be involved in system implementations, acquisition integrations, and supporting over 100 users across the organization. This position offers a clear path for advancement into other financial roles within FP&A.

Key Responsibilities:
+ Provide expert knowledge and consultative support to over 100 users of financial systems within the FP&A team.
+ Partner with the FP&A team and other departments to ensure financial systems are aligned with business needs and reporting requirements.
+ Assist in identifying, troubleshooting, and resolving data discrepancies across multiple financial datasets, ensuring data accuracy and integrity.
+ Support and participate in the planning, testing, and implementation of new financial systems and tools, as well as system upgrades.
+ Assist with the development and maintenance of financial models, forecasts, and budgets.
+ Collaborate with the team on special projects and strategic initiatives as needed.
Qualifications:
Required:
+ Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field.
+ Strong analytical skills with attention to detail, and the ability to work with large data sets.
+ Basic understanding of financial systems, financial modeling, and financial reporting.
+ Proficient in Microsoft Excel and other data management tools.
+ Strong communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively across teams and departments.
+ Ability to identify and resolve data issues quickly and accurately.
Preferred:
+ Some experience with financial software/systems (e.g., Planning Analytics, Anaplan, Oracle, Hyperion, or similar tools).
+ Familiarity with FP&A processes, financial planning, and budgeting.

The pay range for this position is $62,300 to $89,550, however, base pay offered may vary depending on skills, experience, job-related knowledge and location. This position is also eligible for a short-term incentive and a long-term incentive as part of total compensation.
