Job DescriptionCintas is seeking a Financial Systems Analyst II to ensure accounting systems and data are readily available and accurate. Responsibilities include maintaining, reviewing and implementing master data and reports; monitoring weekly and monthly reports; serving as a system administrator and lead report developer for production reports and queries; maintaining and executing weekly and monthly accounting schedules and processes; designing, developing and maintaining production accounting reports including, but not limited to, SAP, BI/BW, SAP Business Projections and Consolidation BPC, SAP FI/CO modules; supporting data requests through system queries; monitoring system jobs and processes; responding to error messages; understanding data flow from field and corporate systems which interface into the financial systems.
Skills/QualificationsRequired
Bachelor’s degree in accounting, IT, or business-related field. Extensive knowledge of software applications, including Microsoft Office Excel (VBA, Power Query, Power Pivot) Ability to analyze data and translate business requirements into system reports and solutions. Minimum two years of experience in systems administration and report writing. Ability to travel due to audits, acquisitions, or other projects. Also, be able to be out of town for various periods of time. Travel should not exceed 10%.
Preferred
Experience with SAP ECC/S4, SAP BW and SAP BPC Basic knowledge in Analysis for Office and Microsoft Power Platform (SharePoint, Power Apps, Power Automate, etc.) Administration experience with SAP FI/CO modules with emphasis in reporting techniques with BI/BW and Bex reporting tools.
