**Purpose of the role:**
We are seeking a skilled and experienced candidate who possesses a deep understanding of OFSAA PFT (Oracle Financial Services Analytical Applications - Profitability Management), Oracle EPCM (Enterprise Profitability and Cost Management) Services and Product Ownership Role. As a key member of our finance team, the ideal candidate will play a crucial role in operating, executing, and optimizing these financial systems to enhance our financial reporting and analysis capabilities:
**Core**
+ Possess hands-on experience with profitability tools, overseeing its operation and execution.
+ Manage monthly maintenance (development, modification, deactivation) of allocation rules, ensuring alignment with business objectives
+ Propose and implement system enhancements to optimize financial processes.
+ Seamless implementation of EPCM and work to eliminate “areas of concerns & challenges” with on-prim version
+ Effective contribution to Product Ownership Role - Sprint planning sessions, daily stand-ups with technology, guide the development team and conduct sprint & backlog reviews
**System Upgrades:**
+ Ensure seamless data flow between applications and troubleshoot integration issues.
+ Support AXP Financial Close & Key Business initiatives by working closely with multiple stakeholders across Finance and technology.
+ Pursue continuous improvement in execution, lead intelligent automation and monitor compliance with management policies.
**Documentation and Training:**
+ Develop and maintain comprehensive documentation for system configurations, processes, and procedures.
+ Provide training and support to end-users
**Ensuring Control & Compliance**
+ Ensuring financial integrity by reviewing financial information and resolving for any aberration in the financials
+ Supporting external/internal auditors for queries and quarterly review requirements
+ Responsible for improving control environment by ensuring satisfactory audit experience and enhancing internal controls
**Requirement:**
+ Bachelor's degree in Finance, Information Systems, or a related field
+ Proven experience (4-6 years) in operating and executing Oracle on-prim and cloud Modules like OFSAA PFT & Oracle EPCM
+ Certification in OFSAA PFT & Oracle EPCM is a plus.
+ Understands financial consolidation and it’s complexities
+ Project management experience preferred
+ Strong understanding of financial consolidation, reporting, and profitability management processes.
+ Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
+ Effective communication and collaboration abilities.
**Functional Skills/Capabilities:**
+ Team player with can do attitude
+ Well-developed analytical skills, ability to understand the linkages to processes.
+ Must have good Communication and Interpersonal skills and be able to interact with senior leadership, with Finance, multiple employee levels /Business Partners/Customers etc.
+ Understanding of Agile Framework(PO/PM)
+ Demonstrate leadership skills needed to create, develop, train, motivate and communicate with diverse work force.
**Technical Skills/Capabilities:**
+ Knowledge of Platforms like; Oracle OFSAA/PFT & Oracle EPCM
+ Hands on Experience on Rally to creprdate user stories, features, capabilities etc Good in Excel and presentations and other MS Office Applications
+ Implementation of EPM cloud with strong Application Development process and good knowledge on consolidation process.
+ Advanced knowledge of SQL, VBA would be an added advantage.
+ Knowledge & hands-on experience on FCCS/HFM will be an added advantage.

+ Flexible, result driven and able to lead and influence without authority
+ Strong ability to understand complex issues and gain end to end knowledge of processes
+ Flexible to work in shifts as team require to have 24x7 support especially during the month close
+ Understanding of US GAAP would be an added advantage as team requires to closely work with reporting teams
