Purpose:
Johnson & Johnson is currently recruiting for a Senior Analyst, Finance System and Data Management for Latam, role primarily focusing on supporting latest technologies (SigniFi) and process for the finance operation in Latam, capturing, understanding, and addressing all the requirements about technology for the finance community. This position can be based anywhere within the Latin America but must be able to manage effectively across the time zones. Talent at J&J campuses across Latin America sites will be considered but travel to business partner sites will be required based on business needs. The potential candidate should be passionate about innovative Finance technology solutions and data analysis.

SigniFi is a multi-year program intended to deliver global standardization, enhanced digital capabilities, and process simplification with the objective of enabling an improved and optimal employee experience and ultimately the J&J Finance Way.

SAP – Central Finance – Is one of the main pillars of SIGNIFI that aspires to provide J&J with a “digital core” to bring together harmonized financial data from enterprise resource planning systems (ERPs).
The FSDM Senior Analyst role will focus on supporting Central Finance Latam run state, covering various aspects of the overall operation teams (GSF, BUF) supporting and helping them about CFIN and latest tech issues, including day-to-day transactions, issue review, reporting, ongoing system maintenance, enhancement and project initiatives, and identification of system efficiencies, as well as collaborative efforts with other areas of the enterprise.
You will be responsible for:
+ Provide technical expertise and guidance to business partners across all sectors within the region
+ Gaining a depth understanding of the CFIN process and data flows
+ Capture and prioritize all the demand from business about CFIN
+ Identify integration points and ensure all other applications, processes, vendors, and functional areas impacted are represented and/or informed about the projects
+ Coordinate service levels and availability of business partners required to perform tasks required by the projects
+ Proactively identifying potential issues that may impede progress, resolving issues that do arise, and appropriately escalating when needed
+ When needed, support system enhancements and project implementations through requirements documentation, gap analysis, system tasks and post go-live support
+ Ensure strict compliance with all compliance and business policies including SOX cycles, SOPs, internal & external audit requirements, and system security protocols
+ Participate in various CFIN meetings/activities, as required, including Global meetings, financial strategy reviews and business planning, GS partnership meetings, and IT financial planning meetings.
+ Approve master data changes as required
+ Coordinate the creation of training documentation and/or delivery of systems training for business partners on all implemented tools
**Qualifications**
+ Minimum of a bachelor’s degree is required, preferably in Business, Computer Science, MIS, Finance or Accounting
+ Minimum of 5 years of applicable work experience is required, including, for example, experience in technical / finance roles in SAP ECC focusing on SAP FI/CO modules. (G/L, A/P, A/R, Fixed Assets).
+ Knowledge and experience working with SAP tables, sets, transactions, validation, and substitution rules are required
+ Ability to drill down into SAP ECC to gain an understanding of the financial postings that are occurring, identify processes driving those postings as well as exceptions to standard configuration is required
+ Working knowledge of reporting and planning tools and applications such as SAP BI/BW, HANA, TM1, Anaplan, Tableau, Blackline, and Alteryx is preferred
+ Experience with system enhancement process, project implementation, IT Service Management and testing protocols and tools such as HP ALM, Jira, Service Now etc. is preferred
+ Experience with system enhancement process, project implementation is a plus
Skills & Capabilities:
+ Strong accounting/finance background and have a technical mindset, with experience in financial systems is required
+ Strong analytical, critical thinking, problem solving, and systems skills are required
+ Must possess the ability to organize workload, and the capacity to progress a range of tasks and projects simultaneously.
+ Must possess the ability to build strong relationships with business partners.
+ Advanced English written and communication skills is required. Spanish is a plus.
+ Ability to thrive in a multi-cultural, cross functional environment
