JOB DESCRIPTION:

Position Overview

A leading North American organization in Charlotte is looking to hire an experienced Financial Systems Manager into their Oracle EPM team.

The organization have recently implemented the entire Oracle Cloud EPM stack of products (PBCS, FCCS, ARCS, EDMCS, and Narrative Reporting), as part of a finance transformation project. We are now looking for a Financial Systems Manager whose focus is on managing, maintaining, and advancing the Oracle PBCS applications

You will collaborate with the Financial Planning and Analysis (FP&A) and Controllership teams to ensure accurate reporting and reliable forward-looking analysis.  A strong understanding of planning, forecasting, and reporting within Oracle Cloud PBCS will be crucial to identify and develop efficiencies and best practices. This role demands a thorough grasp of Oracle PBCS and/or EPBCS configuration and solid financial planning acumen.

Job Responsibilities:

Provide ongoing support for Oracle Cloud PBCS.Develop and deploy reports, dashboards, and analytical tools leveraging Oracle Cloud reporting tools to assist business functions in decision-making and performance measurement.Understand and support business processes and apply this knowledge to solve problems and drive continuous improvement.Manage dependencies and interrelationships between Oracle EPM Cloud components.Lead monthly upgrade testing and adoption of new cloud features for Oracle Cloud PBCS.Facilitate the Planning, Forecasting processes in collaboration with the FP&A teams.Identify opportunities to enhance processes and systems and effectively communicate ideas.Provide recommendations based on best practices and application functionality.Stay updated on Oracle EPM roadmaps to identify opportunities for process enhancement within the Financials ecosystem.Support and document configurations, customizations, reports, interfaces, testing, and user training.Help define and maintain a data governance process to ensure stability and data integrity across financial systems.

Job Requirements:

Minimum of 2 years hands-on experience developing and maintaining Oracle Cloud EPBCS and/or PBCS.Background and/or experience working in FP&A or alongside FP&A.Experience with Oracle EPBCS/PBCS integrations, Outlines, Data forms, Business Rules, Groovy scripts,  Reports, Dashboards.Knowledge of the functional aspects of Income Statement, Balance Sheet, and Cash Flow reporting.Experience with drive- based forecasting, budgeting, rolling forecasts.Capability to train internal Finance staff on advanced EPM concepts.Experience with EPM security, user provisioning, and understanding of user roles and groups.Ability to go into the office 3 days a week.Familiarity with Oracle Cloud ERP, Oracle FCCS, and EDMCS.Strong written and oral communication skills.Familiarity with project management concepts.
