Financing Consultant
**What You'll Do** We’re looking for a Financing Consultant to join our Commercial Finance Consulting team. In this role, you’ll analyze and complete all aspects of commercial real estate financing transactions to meet client investment strategies. You'll assist in the implementation of marketing strategies to build brand and reputation in the market and meet profit targets! + Structure and negotiate transactions, perform analysis and exercise independent decision-making associated with due diligence, legal documentation and transaction structures creating strategies and solutions. + Assist in nurturing and developing relationships with brokers, bankers, property owners, developers and investment brokers. + Analyze and assess risks of due diligence and documentation for transactions. Independently negotiate and make decisions regarding terms and conditions of legal documentation and due diligence. + Assist in researching developments in commercial real estate financing including but not limited to new investment vehicles, lending structures, and collateral realization issues and assist in formulating appropriate protocol. Our mission, integrity, and customer focus have made us a trusted leader for more than 140 years! **Who You Are** + Bachelor's degree with background in business, law or economics + 8+ years experience in commercial real estate is required with at least 5 years experience with complex financing issues and structures + Strong analytical, negotiation, decision making and problem-solving skills + Strong communication skills including verbal, written, listening, and negotiating skills + Must be able to work independently, be results oriented and exhibit excellent attention to detail and accuracy + Ability to interpret, analyze and understand legal documentation and complex legal structures and issues, assess risk and make decisions based on independent analysis + Strong organizational, project management and planning skills and the ability to meet deadlines and manage multiple, competing priorities + High understanding of investment strategies and procedures and the ability to mentor and train employees **Salary Range Information** Salary ranges below reflect targeted base salaries. Non-sales positions have the opportunity to participate in a bonus program. Sales positions are eligible for sales incentives, and in some instances a bonus plan, whereby total compensation may far exceed base salary depending on individual performance. Actual compensation for all roles will be based upon geographic location, work experience, education, licensure requirements and/or skill level and will be finalized at the time of offer. **Salary Range (Non-Exempt expressed as hourly; Exempt expressed as yearly)** $106400 - $144400 / year **Time Off Program** Flexible Time Off (FTO) is provided to salaried (exempt) employees and provides the opportunity to take time away from the office with pay for vacation, personal or short-term illness.
