Mission:

Ensure the financial stability of the assigned entities by optimizing the balance sheet structure, managing liquidity and exchange rate risks, and ensuring compliance with Group financing policies.

What we’re looking for:

Experience in corporate treasury within a European context;Expertise in foreign exchange position evaluation/hedging, corporate financing structuring, and financial analysis;Solid knowledge of accounting and reporting, financial analysis and Free Cash Flow (FCF), working capital, balance sheet structure, and regulatory/tax/legal frameworks (audit or chief accountant experience is a plus);Familiarity with Treasury Management Systems (e.g., Quantum), cash management, and supply chain financing;Strong skills in long-term cash flow forecasting, financial analysis, and accounting (e.g., calculating foreign exchange positions);Excellent communication, business understanding, and analytical abilities;English proficiency and at least a Bachelor’s degree in Economics. 

The Financing expert responsibilities:

Analyze financing needs of the companies in its scope (Balance Sheet Structure, FCF, etc.);Periodically validates the financing structure of subsidiaries, the dividend distribution plan and capital increases (in liaison with the Group Tax Department);Develop 12-month cash flow forecasts and manage liquidity risks;Ensure structured financing and investments and aligning maturities with Group financing rules and tax efficiency;Periodically analyzes (month, quarter, year) the evolution of the company's debt based on the evolution of Free Cash Flow. Identifies the business causes of the evolution of each component of Free Cash Flow;Perform quarterly reconciliations of accounting and operational Free Cash Flow (FCF);Contributes to the analysis of the evolution of debt at European levelSupport and provide expertise in financing, foreign exchange results, and ad hoc financial studies;Manage foreign exchange risk, assess exposures, and implement hedging strategies;Collaborate with accounting teams to analyze exchange rate results and ensure hedging compliance;Optimize cash flow costs and support non-centralized companies on financing/exchange risk;Contributes to the optimization of cash flow costs in compliance with the guidelines of the Group's Financial Department;Contribute to the Regional Treasury’s growth by integrating new entities and proposing improvements.
