About the Role:

Financing Operations Analyst will be working closely with our Vendor Financing team to develop, own, and iterate on business reporting and analysis. This is a high visibility role which will expose the successful candidate to a unique business that works with many companies and outside lending partners. They will also regularly interact with key decision makers inside and out of the company.

What You'll Do: Recurring Financial and Operational Reporting and Analysis: Develop, own, and iterate on models, tools, and reports to assess and report Key Performance Indicators to Executive and Business stakeholders Risk and Opportunity ad hoc analysis and research  Data visualization and automated or nearly automated reporting processes and cadence Communicate internally & externally metrics and insights to internal stakeholders and external partners What We're Looking For: 5+ years of progressive responsibility in data analytics/sales operations/finance/ with a focus on Reporting and Analysis automation and insights Advanced Spreadsheets: Google Sheets / MS Excel: master of pivot tables, query, vlookups, nested if statements, index/match, data visualization, with the ability to create repeatable templates to optimize usage and distribution of insights  Salesforce experience required.  Must be able to creates reports and dashboards in Salesforce to succeed in this role Tableau and SQL experience is required.  Must be able to link data between Tableau and data warehouse and  manage data hygiene on an ongoing basis, and surface metrics in Tableau Dashboards  Proven experience working on cross-functional teams.  Experience managing cross-functional teams a plus Ability to multitask and prioritize deliverables in a fast paced environment Understanding of SAAS business model and operational metrics is highly desirable BA/BS required.  Quantitative/Technical degree (STEM) from a top university / Advanced degree in STEM Availability to work in PST
