We're looking for a Trainee Coordinator to join our Natural Resources, Nuclear & Networks team based in St Austell - a fantastic opportunity for someone eager to develop their skills through hands-on experience, training, and career progression.

What will you be responsible for?
As a Trainee Coordinator you'll be working within the Natural Resources, Nuclear & Networks team, supporting them in delivering reactive repair and maintenance services and planned works across the regions in the South West. This role is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to develop their career with structured training, hands-on experience, and the chance to learn from experts in the field.
Your day to day will include:
Planning and prioritising clean water scheme works including scheduling of construction activities and tasks and maintaining a programme of work Monitoring all reports to maintain workbasket levels within stated performance levels whilst balancing a dynamic workforce and work with other Planners in all NSA's to best utilise available resource Saving and keeping records, providing support to the Planning Manager and the wider team when work requires.What are we looking for?

You are able to demonstrate a good standard of IT skills, be proficient in the use of MS Office (Specifically, Word & Excel) & be proficient with e-mails (Outlook) You are eager to learn and develop your skills in a supportive, hands-on environment.
