Fine Art Technician – HGV Driver

 

Crown Worldwide Group currently has an opening for a HGV Driver/ Fine Art Technician

Location: Stockwell (SW4), London

 

We are seeking a Fine Art Technician with HGV driving experience to join our specialist team in international fine arts logistics to provide secure transportation, storage, installation and de-installation services for the world’s museums, art galleries, auction houses and private collectors.  

Key Responsibilities

Art handling, including packing, unpacking and installation. To drive and operate Crown Fine Art’s vehicles, including HGV and sprinter type. To oversee loading, securing, unloading artworks onto and from vehicle. To complete all necessary paperwork in full in accordance with specific jobs, including consignment notes and timesheets. To carry out all necessary driver vehicle checks in accordance with VOSA requirements.

Professional Skills & Qualifications

Must be a HGV C + E License Holder High level of professionalism and customer service Knowledge of transporting high value items is essential Experience of art handling or white glove service would be preferred Must be flexible with working hours as reasonably requested by the Warehouse Manager, overtime payment available
