THE JOB:
As a Fine Dining Cook I, you will be responsible for setting the stage for an excellent guest experience. Using your culinary techniques, you get to provide high-quality food to guests from all over. In your role, you will partner with front-of-house staff to create WOW memories the guests will carry with them far and beyond their stay with us.

THE STARTING RATE: $18.86

THE DAY-TO-DAY:

Show your culinary passion by crafting various menu items while following set recipes and standardsMaintain clean and sanitary work areas throughout the meal periodEnsure guest safety by following proper food handling proceduresWork with a diverse team of enthusiastic people in a FUN and fast-paced environment to achieve company goalsEngage with guests and employees by smiling and hearing their storySet and maintain the stage by ensuring the proper stocking, cleanliness, and sanitation of back of house areas

THE IDEAL CANDIDATE:

High school diploma or equivalentOne year food production experience in a high volume restaurant establishment preferredPrevious food production experience in a 3 diamond or higher rated property preferredHas strong knowledge of standard kitchen equipmentHas strong knife skills and understanding of basic cooking techniquesHas strong knowledge of health and safety regulationsHas strong communication skillsHas high energy and positive attitudeCan handle multiple tasks at one timeCan maintain knowledge of menu itemsHas high attention to detail
