Brook Street are recruiting on behalf of our Public Sector Client for a Fines Officer to work in Loughborough LE11 1AZ
This is a 6 month temporary role (with possibility of extension)
Hours - 08:30 - 17:30 - Monday to Friday - 37 hours per week
£11.59 p/h (increasing to £11.88 p/h after 12 weeks)
The main duties of the role are as follows:
" Creating and updating of records using the in-house system
" Dealing with customers via telephone, email
" Interpreting information and making evidence based decisions
" Printing and dispatch of court orders and court based papers
" General administration duties as required and post opening
To be a suitable candidate for this position you will be:
" Computer Literate
" Confident using Microsoft Outlook, Word and Excel
" Have excellent communication skills
" Have an understanding of Data Protection
" Be able to work to your own initiative
" Be able to handle challenging calls
