**Job Title: Finish Carpenter** **Job Description** We are seeking an experienced finish carpenter based out of Auburn. Candidates must be reliable and have or be able to obtain an OSHA 10 certification before starting. Ideal candidates are motivated, hard-working individuals looking to excel long-term in a growing company. The role involves working on various field projects, including metal stud framing, general labor, acoustical ceiling installation, drywall installation, finishing, carpet tile installation, and hardware installation. **Responsibilities** + Perform metal stud framing + Conduct general labor tasks + Install acoustical ceilings + Install and finish drywall + Install carpet tiles + Install hollow metal doors and hardware **Essential Skills** + Minimum 6 months of commercial carpentry experience + Reliable transportation (driver's license required) + Good attitude + Interior carpentry skills **Additional Skills & Qualifications** + Valid driver's license (car not required immediately) + Minimum 1+ year of carpentry for another construction firm + Experience with acoustical ceiling installation (grid and tile) + Experience with drywall installation and finishing + Experience with carpet tile installation + Experience with hollow metal door and hardware installation + Minimum 1+ year in general labor in another construction firm + Ability to lift a minimum of 50 pounds + Proactive and reliable **Why Work Here?** Join a well-established and growing construction company that has been in operation since 1923. The seven openings will report to Auburn, MA at the start of each day and then travel to various job sites throughout the New England area using company vehicles driven by the crew. Expect a dynamic work environment with a variety of projects and locations. **Job Type & Location** This is a Contract position based out of Auburn, Massachusetts. **Pay and Benefits** The pay range for this position is $28.00 - $35.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
