Essential Duties:

Efficiently stocks and stores materials in appropriate areasCleans and polishes walls and surfacesApplies paint to surfaces including trimContributes to team effort by communication and working well with others, as well as accomplishing related tasks as neededApplies caulking compounds to fill cracks, holes, and etc.Contributes to a safe working environment by being responsible for quality, safety, organization, and cleanliness in your area of operationFollow proper safety proceduresPerform additional duties and responsibilities as assignedAdditional duties as assigned.Regular and on-time attendance.Work in your shift as scheduled.Must work well with others.

 

Position Requirements: 

High school diploma, or equivalentTraining in vocational schools or related on-the-job experience preferredConsiderable knowledge of the standard methods, materials, tools, and equipment used in concrete construction and maintenance.Knowledge of the occupational hazards and safety precautions applicable to the work.Ability to understand and execute oral and written instructions.Skill in the use and care of hand and small power tools associated with the work.Must be able to work efficiently without supervisionAbility to pay close attention to detail

 

Physical Requirements:

Must be able to lift up to 75 poundsMust be able to perform physical activities that require considerable use of arms and legs and moving entire body, such as climbing, lifting, balancing, walking, stooping, bending, twisting and handling of materialsMust be able to work in an outside manufacturing environment for long shifts, including weekendsPosition requires manual dexterity, arm-hand steadiness, and a safety-minded individualMust be able to work in an open environment exposed to extreme temperatures and loud noiseMust have the ability to concentrate on tasks for long periods of time and be able to observe and receive information from all relevant sources
