Job Description:

Initiates proper procedures in coating materials to various surfaces by spraying with a spray gun.Must have experience with the proper surface preparation methods and coating techniques.Takes measures to ensure item is properly coated and meets surface protection requirements.Read and understand detailed blueprints and operation instructions.Exceptional organizational skills & ability to manage multiple projects and assignments.Apply various sealants and adhesives and ensure integrity per work instruction (process standards).Observe industry best practices for FOD, 5S, and material handling controls.Ability to work in a fast paced, high performing, and inclusive environment.Highly developed support individual contributor. Works autonomously.Ensure that you are following all safety requirements/PPE.Promote and facilitate lean manufacturing principles within an environment of continuous improvement.Maintain accurate records and manufacturing documentation.Ensure that all shop instruments and materials used are within calibration.

Qualifications: 

Requires minimal job knowledge/skills. Requires a High School Diploma or equivalent with 1 to 5 years of prior related experience.Be able to read and understand work instructions in English.

Preferred Additional Skills:

Basic computer skills.

In compliance with pay transparency requirements, the salary range for this role is $56,000 - $74,500. This is not a guarantee of compensation or salary, as final offer amount may vary based on factors including but not limited to experience and geographic location.
