Responsible to manage and oversee the construction activity of the project. To Plan, develop and organize the construction effort and formulate the cost effectiveness and
timely completion of work scope. Day to day monitoring the works accordingly in line with project schedule. Defines clear role and responsibilities of the sub-contractor and fix targets/ deliverables on daily
basis. Coordinating program activities design to manage high end floor finishes, joinery works,
wall finishes, facades, structural glazing, wall claddings, interior works, Artwork etc. through life
cycle of project. Co ordinating with all the departments for the smooth interface of Services. Adhere to required QHSE standards and implements safe working environment at job site. Provide details on time as required for preparation of reports and MIS. Liaising with different stakeholders. Multi-Tasking & Excellent Technical & Communication skill. Should have exposure to Indian & internal codes/standards. Should be self-driven, have passion

basis. Review engineering deliverables and initiate appropriate corrective actions. Understanding of contractual implications  Bachelor’s Degree in civil engineering 10+ years of experience (Relevant Experience in Airport Terminal Building)
