Join us as a Customer Support Specialist!In this role, you will:Represent a leading multinational banking and financial services provider;Respond to customer queries related to money transfers, invoices, accounts in a timely and accurate way, via phone, email or chat;Contribute tothe project’s success, propose improvements, share knowledge and learn together with your colleagues.
What we are looking for:Finnish language proficiency at B2+ level;English language proficiency at B1+ level;Availability to start on January;Good computer skills;Flexibility in 24/7 changing shifts (Monday–Friday, 18:00–09:00, Saturday and Sunday 24/7 ).
