Description GAR (Global Accts Rec) is looking for a proactive, customer and detail oriented AR Analyst whose main responsibility will be to manage and resolve receivables related queries received from Amazon customers. As a Collections Analyst, you will support Amazon’s customers to resolve billing issues, reconcile accounts and drive monthly collection targets. The successful individual is expected to be self-motivated, be a quick learner, have strong ownership and earn trust with our customers to facilitate timely payment. Summary of Responsibilities - Wing to Wing knowledge of AR process - Collecting and analyzing quantitative data - Providing financial analysis to prioritize and lead cost reduction - Analyze trends and savings initiatives - Communicating results to business leaders with Finance, Accounting, Operations and Business Development Knowledge & Skills/ Business Acumen/ Education & Experience - Must be fluent in German language skills - Minimum requirements include Bachelors degree in Accounting/Finance or a related field - 2 years of relevant experience in Accounts Rec - Ability to communicate internally and externally - Ability to take initiative and self start when necessary - Proven ability to develop new ideas and creative solutions - Proven ability to work successfully in an ambiguous environment - Proven ability to meet tight deadlines and prioritize workload - Fluency in Microsoft Excel is a must Basic Qualifications - Bachelors Degree in Accounting/Finance or a related field. - Previous experience 2-3 Years in Account Receivables, Collections, Dispute Management, Customer Care, or other customer facing role - B2 certification for language roles (German) Preferred Qualifications - Bachelors Degree in Accounting/Finance or a related field. - Previous experience 2-3 Years in Account Receivables, Collections, Dispute Management, Customer Care, or other customer facing role - B2 certification for language roles (German) Our inclusive culture empowers Amazonians to deliver the best results for our customers.
