FinOps Analyst - French Speaker
Description The ideal candidate will be experienced / background in a finance role with an understanding of finance operations and will have experience in relationship management. He/she will have problem solving skills with the focus on improving the processes and strengthening the relationships with the vendors. The candidate will have action-driven approach and will require to work proactively on issues on vendor’s account while identifying areas of improvement. European language speaker / Multilingual. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to: • Working on complex vendor inquiries and resolving the queries in a time bound manner • Meet or exceed applicable metrics of the process assigned. • Working on underlying issues and fixing the root cause/s • Manage vendor queries via inbound email and outbound calls. • Maintain customer relationships by responding timely and accurately to both internal (company) and external (vendor directly) questions and requests for information. • Efficiently manage queries and issues through pro-active coordination with vendor and internal teams. • Understand the pain points of vendor and solve our vendor disputes. • Providing prompt, efficient, detailed, customer-oriented service to vendors. • Escalating when appropriate to direct manager and/or senior leaders. • Perform other projects and duties as required. Basic Qualifications Basic qualifications • Minimum of 2 years graduate certificate. • Amicable to taking Inbound and Outbound calls and if necessary work overtime. • Proficient in the French language. • Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Word. • Flexible to work in shifting schedule. • Exemplifies traits of being a Team player, has good interpersonal skills, hardworking, adaptable and detail oriented. • Can work under pressure and with deadlines. • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with a strong customer service focus. • Has the ability to prioritize, multi-task and work with minimal supervision. • A person who is open to work with diverse teams with different cultures on a global scale. Preferred Qualifications Preferred qualifications • Prior experience of at least 2 years in similar role in Finance & Accounting role as an Analyst or work in a BPO industry catering to customer needs. • Preferably with Accounts Payable experience. • A desire to take responsibility and ownership for projects from day one. • A drive for continuous learning and self-development. • A person who is self-motivated and driven. • Fluency of other European language/s is an advantage.
