Amazon is looking for an enthusiastic candidate to join the fast paced world of Payroll operations. We are not an average retailer and this is definitely not your average payroll position reporting in through Amazon Finance Operations. We’re looking for exceptional people with great communication, problem solving skills, Payroll and/or Accounts Receivable process combined with Payroll and/or Accounts Receivable system knowledge, and customer service passion.


Amazon seeks a Payroll Analyst with at least 2 yrs of experience in Payroll and/or Accounts Receivable Collections in a large customer-oriented corporate environment.


Responsibilities also include:
- Knowledge of payslip calculations
- Inform, Follow, Collect any open over payments /receivables and improve Collection effectiveness
- Handle customer queries related to Over payments
- Provide support and assist in resolving employee queries.
- Work with multiple stakeholder teams to understand root cause of over payments and provide details to employee.
- Work closely with Payroll Operations for providing better employee experience and improve collection effectiveness
