Our client, a leader in the technology sector, is seeking a FinOps Engineer to join their team. As a FinOps Engineer, you will be part of the financial operations team supporting cloud migration initiatives. The ideal candidate will have strong analytical skills, excellent communication abilities, and a proactive mindset which will align successfully in the organization.
**Job Title:** FinOps Engineer
**Location:** Phoenix, Arizona

**What's the Job?**
+ Manage the transition from on-premises infrastructure to public cloud solutions.
+ Develop and implement financial forecasting models for cloud spending.
+ Analyze and optimize variable cost models to enhance financial efficiency.
+ Collaborate with technical teams to understand the financial implications of cloud technologies.
+ Oversee capacity management to ensure optimal resource allocation.
**What's Needed?**
+ Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Business, or a related field.
+ Proven experience in financial forecasting and cost management.
+ Strong understanding of cloud technology and its financial impacts.
+ Ability to work on-site 3 days a week at 18850 N 56th Street, Phoenix, AZ 85054.
+ Experience with FinOps principles and practices.
