We are seeking an experienced and innovative FinOps Manager to lead global financial operations processes. This role will be responsible for optimizing our billing systems, developing efficient payment processes, and leveraging real-time data to drive financial decision-making across our international operations. You will demonstrate a high degree of controllership over the financial data that you manage, and work directly with vendors to ensure timely and accurate payments to our partners. You will also work with ops management and tech teams to develop scalable, long-term payment and cost reporting solutions that drive efficiencies for the broader Key for Business team.

Key job responsibilities
· Lead the implementation and ongoing management of FinOps practices within the Key for Business (KfB) organization
· Analyze KfB installation and sales data, and use this data to compile vendor invoices, exercising rigorous controllership over payments made to partners.
· Develop dashboards to report on various categories of business expenses and KPIs
· Act as a point of contact for KfB partners to help resolve any account or payment related concerns
. Conduct billing reviews and proactively identify discrepancies between internal data and customer invoices
· Address any account related inquiries or concerns from vendors and ensure they know how to use Amazon tools
· Work with global stakeholders to identify FinOps improvement opportunities and help drive the same. This would include driving a culture of continuous improvement by creating efficiencies in billing and payment processes
