We are seeking a Dynamics 365 Finance and Operations delivery professional to join our client's Customer Success Team in Melbourne.
In this role, you'll manage a portfolio of customers across Australia, building strong partnerships and ensuring their support needs are met.
Key Responsibilities:
* Oversee daily service delivery for customers
* Build relationships as the primary contact for post-implementation support
* Maintain contracts, work orders, and licenses
* Review customer support reports
* Schedule work with Practice Managers and Services Team Leads
* Conduct regular support meetings
* Travel as needed
Required Qualifications:
* Strong communication and multitasking skills with a "can-do" attitude
* Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
* High levels of customer service and willingness to step outside your comfort zone
* Knowledge of Dynamics 365 Finance and Operations is a plus
* Experience as an ERP Service Delivery Manager is advantageous
* Good commercial acumen
