Role & Responsibilities

We’re looking for a passionate Product Marketing Manager to lead the consumer marketing for our Fintech product portfolio.  The ideal candidate for this role is equal parts strategic and execution and can seamlessly translate our business objectives, product strategy, and insights into marketing plans that drive portfolio and business growth.  This role will require close collaboration with cross-functional teams, including external bank partners, product management, sales, and customer service, to drive product adoption, customer engagement, and revenue growth.

As a Fintech Credit Product Marketing Manager within Samsung Fintech Business, you will have an exciting opportunity to help shape and deliver on the strategy to create seamless and secure financial solutions that simplify everyday financial tasks by championing and creating and managing relationships with other Fintech players in the industry to drive strategic value, foster long-term growth, and benefits to the Samsung Fintech Business stakeholders.

This role works closely with bank partners and other internal stakeholders and will be responsible for acquiring new accounts, shaping and implementing product-specific marketing strategies, focusing on performance metrics, and delivering measurable results. Product marketers accelerate growth through continuous test-and-learn agenda, improvement of paid marketing efforts, and expert allocation of marketing investments.

Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies to promote credit products and achieve business objectives.Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and customer needs.Create and manage marketing campaigns across various channels, including digital, social media, email, and print.Planned, executed, and monitored marketing campaigns to drive awareness, account acquisition, and retention of credit card customers.Analyze campaign performance and adjust strategies as needed to optimize results and achieve KPIs.Develop and implement customer engagement programs to enhance customer activation, loyalty and satisfaction.Monitor customer feedback and conduct surveys to gather insights and improve product offerings.Track and analyze key performance metrics to measure the effectiveness of marketing campaigns and initiatives.Prepare regular reports and presentations for senior management, highlighting campaign performance and recommendations for improvement.

Skills and Qualifications

Minimum Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field; MBA is a plus.5+ years of managing complex omni-channel consumer marketing programs involving customer acquisition and activation.Experience working within financial services and/or the Fintech industry is required.Passion for customer-centric views, with experience in generating qualitative and quantitative insights and using those insights to inform marketing strategies.Experience developing clear, concise business and marketing briefs.Proven skill at building and maintaining relationships with external partners and influencing partners to achieve shared goals.Understanding of specific laws and rules that govern consumer finance/credit products.

Preferred Qualifications:

Outstanding communication and presentation abilities, written and verbal, to all levels of an organization, both internally and externally.Experience working for the consumer finance side of a retailer or a brand, plusAbility to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment.A curious and innovative approach to problem-solving.Ability to simplify complex topics and explain them clearly and concisely.Ability to navigate international cultures and work across time zones and willingness to work with a remotely located development and design teamsAble to travel domestically or internationally, when required, to meet partners, development teams, or other stakeholders.Proficiency in the Korean language is desirable but not mandatory.
