As a Fire Alarm (Notifier) Tech Support Specialist here at Honeywell, you\nwill play a crucial role in providing technical support to our fire customers\nin the Building Automation (BA) business unit, with a focus on the Notifier\nbrand. You will be responsible for troubleshooting and resolving complex\ntechnical issues, ensuring the seamless operation of our products and\nsolutions. Your expertise and problem-solving skills will be instrumental in\nmaintaining customer satisfaction and driving the success of our BA business.

In this role, you will impact the efficiency and effectiveness of our\ncustomers' building systems, ensuring their safety, energy efficiency, and\nproductivity. You will have the opportunity to work with cutting-edge\ntechnologies and collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver exceptional\ncustomer support.


KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

Provide technical support to\ncustomers, troubleshooting and resolving complex issues.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address customer inquiries and\nescalations.Document and track customer interactions and solutions in our support system.Identify and communicate customer feedback for product improvement.Stay up-to-date with product knowledge and industry trends to provide accurate\nand timely support.\n

The annual base salary range for this position is $46,000 - $57,550. Please note that this salary information serves as a general guideline. Honeywell considers various factors when extending an offer, including but not limited to the scope and responsibilities of the position, the candidate's work experience, education and training, key skills, as well as market and business considerations.

YOU MUST HAVE:

Experience in technical support or a related role.Experience in fire alarm industryStrong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.Excellent communication and customer service\nskills.Knowledge of fire alarm control panels and\ndevices

WE VALUE:

Degree or certificate in a technical field.NICET CertificationCertifications in relevant technologies (e.g.\nElectrical or other IT related fields).
