Who you are?

We are seeking applicants for the position of Fire Assayer, who are excited by the challenges of our business and variety this roles offers. You will be based at Kalgoorlie, WA and will be responsible for using specialised equipment and performing manual handling tasks to prepare samples.

 

Some of your tasks will be:

Weigh samples for analysis

Fluxing, firing, knock-up and cupellation of samples

Picking prill for digest

Ensure correct procedures are used and adhered to

Follow QHSE procedure

 

What will you bring to the role?

Reliable and keen to work the shift roster

Physically fit, prepared to carry out manual tasks

Be able to work an 8 hour Rotating Day and Afternoon shift Roster with potential overtime 

Have the ability to follow set procedures and good attention to detail

Be willing to work as part of a team with a high focus on quality & safety

Please note that as part of the recruitment experience you must be able to pass a comprehension, numerical and literacy test as well as a full Medical, Drug and Alcohol test.
