Overall, Purpose of the Role
The successful candidate will be responsible for producing and providing clients with quotations for fire and security systems, including CCTV, intruder alarms, access control, and fire alarm systems, all within the agreed Service Level Agreements (SLAs).
This role requires effective liaising with engineers, surveyors, and other stakeholders to ensure quotations are raised and actioned correctly and efficiently. Additionally, the candidate will manage daily emails, address queries, escalate issues when necessary, and handle various ad hoc tasks.
Key Accountabilities
Manage daily emails, respond to queries from internal and external clients and escalate issues as needed. Managing workload to ensure all quotations are completed and issued to clients with the required SLA. Liaise with engineers, surveyors, and the small works department to ensure accurate and efficient quotation production. Perform any other ad-hoc administrative tasks as requested, including assisting other teams/departments as required. Proactive team member with the ability to work independently and collaboratively. Self-motivated and confident in working with different teams and internal/external client.Person Specification:

Strong organizational skills with the ability to coordinate multiple priorities and meet tight deadlines. Adaptable and flexible while working in a high-pressure environment. Proficient in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, Word).**Desirable**
Experience with systems such as CASH 4 WINDOWS, Coupa, and Maximo. Experience with fire alarm systems – Training will be provided but experience would be beneficial Estimating experienceKey Contacts and working relationships.
